Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of meraSaaS ("we", "us"). By using meraSaaS, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

meraSaaS provides a set of small utility tools (the "Tools") for personal use. Most Tools process your files in your browser. Some tools generate documents (invoices, receipts) from inputs you supply.

2. Subscription & billing

• The plan is $7 / month for one personal user.
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• Billing is handled by Stripe. You can cancel any time from the customer portal. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
• All subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds, credits, or prorated charges for partial billing periods, unused time, or features you choose not to use.
• Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers keep their current price until the next renewal after notice.
• If a renewal payment fails, Stripe will retry the charge over a period of several days. If payment cannot be collected, access to the tools will be suspended.
• EU / UK consumers: by subscribing, you expressly request that meraSaaS be made available to you immediately upon purchase, and you acknowledge that you lose your statutory right of withdrawal (including the 14-day cooling-off period under EU Directive 2011/83/EU and equivalent UK regulations) once the Service begins to be supplied.

3. Permitted use

• Personal use only. Freelancers may use the invoicing/quote/receipt tools for their own freelance admin.
• Resale of the Tools, agency use on behalf of clients at scale, and high-volume automated use are not included.
• One subscription = one person. No team or shared seats.
• Do not use the Tools to produce fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful documents.

4. No professional advice

The Tools, particularly calculators and document templates, are conveniences, not professional advice. They are not legal, tax, financial, immigration, or accounting advice. Always verify document specs (e.g. passport photos) and current rates with the relevant authority. You are responsible for the accuracy of anything you submit to a third party.

5. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, replace, or retire individual Tools over time; the subscription gives you access to the toolkit as it exists, not to any specific Tool in perpetuity.

6. Termination

You may cancel any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms (including abusive or unlawful use) with notice unless immediate action is required.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
