Refund Policy

No refunds
All subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds, credits, or prorated charges for partial billing periods, unused time, or features you choose not to use.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe customer portal. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. You keep access to the paid tools until then. After that, your account is downgraded and the paid tools become locked again. (The free tools always remain free.)
EU and UK consumers: waiver of withdrawal
By subscribing, you expressly request that meraSaaS be made available to you immediately upon purchase, and you acknowledge that you lose your statutory right of withdrawal (including the 14-day cooling-off period under EU Directive 2011/83/EU and equivalent UK regulations) once the Service begins to be supplied.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, Stripe will retry the charge over a period of several days. If payment cannot be collected, your access to the tools will be suspended.
