Privacy Policy

This privacy notice for meraSaaS ("we", "us", or "our") describes how and why we might collect, store, use, and share information when you use meraSaaS (the "Services").

1. What we collect

• Account data: name, email, and profile image we receive from Google when you sign in.
• Billing data: Stripe stores your payment method and subscription state. We store your Stripe customer ID and subscription status. We never see your card details.
• Tool inputs: the files and form data you process with our tools stay in your browser. We do not receive or store them. If a future tool ever needs to upload anything, the interface will say so clearly before you submit.
• Server logs: standard request logs (IP, user agent, timestamp) retained for up to 30 days for abuse detection.

2. How we use it

• To authenticate you and give you access to the tools.
• To process subscription payments via Stripe and let you manage billing.
• To respond to support email.
• To maintain and improve the Services.

3. Sub-processors

We rely on the following providers. Each handles your data under its own privacy policy.

• Google: authentication via OAuth.
• Stripe: payments and subscription management.
• Neon: managed Postgres for account state.
• Vercel: hosting and request logging.

4. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data at any time by emailing hello@merasaas.com. Deleting your account removes your record from our database; Stripe keeps payment records as required by financial regulations.

5. Cookies

We set a session cookie when you sign in and a Stripe Checkout cookie during payment. We do not use third-party advertising or behavioural tracking cookies.

6. Children

The Services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

7. Changes

We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when this policy changes.
