Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the meraSaaS Starter Kit (the "Product") operated by meraSaaS ("us", "we", or "our").
Your access to and use of the Product is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Product.
By accessing or using the Product, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Product.
Upon purchasing the meraSaaS Starter Kit, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the codebase for the purpose of creating and deploying a SaaS application. This license is for a single application deployment and does not include the right to resell, redistribute, or repackage the codebase as another starter kit or template.

The Product, including all its components, code, design, and documentation, is our intellectual property. The Product is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Product or any features or portions thereof without prior notice. You agree that we will not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Product or any part thereof.
The Product integrates with third-party services such as Google Gemini AI, Stripe, and NextAuth.js. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third-party services.
Purchase of the Product includes access to documentation. Additional support may be provided at our discretion, but we do not guarantee technical support, phone support, or support via any other medium.
THE PRODUCT IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE PRODUCT OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE PRODUCT.
IN NO EVENT SHALL WE, OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE PRODUCT.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
